Lockwell recognises that “Energy Management and Reduction” is fundamental for our customers
The key to a successful “Energy Reduction” process starts with the three core initiatives:
• Measure & monitor
• Corrective action
• Continue monitoring and improve
Working together with our manufacturers and qualified personel, we are able to provide the infrastructure to implement each of the three core stages by visiting customer’s sites to evaluate:
INITIAL ENERGY AUDITS &
IDENTIFY SAVINGS
• Measure consumption of Electric / Gas / Water
• Assess building construction
• Data log across a broad spectrum of equipment
• Assess current energy usage
• Assess the opportunity for ECA tax benefits
• Assess the opportunity for a Carbon Trust grant
• Provide details on pay as you save lease / loan opportunities • Calculate “payback periods” versus expenditure
• Analyse electric / gas / water bills for any available savings
Once the customer has decided to implement an “Energy Reduction” scheme, Lockwell works with the customer from the start of the project to its satisfactory completion. This includes:
•Selection of the correct manufacturer’s products to best suit the project
• Project manage any initiatives that are taken up by the customer
• If providing a supply and install solution, provide all necessary method statements, risk assessments, technical files before, during and after the project
• Provide on-going “Aftersales” support
On completion of the project, a scheduled review of the installation is conducted at agreed intervals to ensure that the recommended energy reduction is being achieved.
Our aim is to provide clients with a simple solution which meets their need, from the initial auditing stages right through to handling any on-going support and maintenance following installation.
