The Lifeline cable/push button operated system can be installed along or around awkward machinery such as conveyors and provide a constant emergency stop access.
The Lifeline 4 is the only device of its kind to incorporate the following features in one unit making it the most versatile cable switch on the market.
• Standards - EN 418, ISO 13850, EN ISO 12100, IEC 60947-5-1, IEC 60947-5-5
• Safety Classification - Cat. 1 device per EN 954-1 May be suitable for use in Cat
3 or Cat 4 systems depending on the architecture and application characteristics
• Switches up to 75 meter span

• Lid mounted emergency stop button, designed to conform to ISO 850
• Switch lockout on cable pulled and cable slack

light curtain system features patented technology, which allows each transceiver to
be used as a transmitter or receiver via an innovative plug-in module. This advanced technology greatly reduces stock and provides a flexible, cost-effective safety solution.
• TÜV certified Type 4 IEC 61496-1/-2, Ple, SILcl3 per EN ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061
• Includes patented technology that allows each transceiver to be used
either as a transmitter or receiver via an innovative plug-in module
• Features an active protective field that senses over the entire length of a transceiver
• Offers a wide range of protection heights 150...1950 mm
(5.9...76.7 in.) in increments of 150 mm (0.5 ft)
• Features a compact housing design 30 x 30 mm (1.18 x 1.18 in.)
• Provides easy configuration of the start mode, external device monitoring
(EDM), and scanning range by DIP switches on the plug-in modules
